Program :
Starting the day with a mindfulness meditation practice we welcome the day in silence and beauty. After breakfast Gabriella will guide you trough a 2hrs MBSR mindfulness session . We will elaborate the 4 foundations of Mindfulness and deepen our mindfulness practice during the long lunch break. In the afternoon Veronica will offer different workshop as e.g. : Mindfulness ART , Mindfulness Yoga and Mindful walks, excursions to explore the island . The day will end with a common dinner practicing some Mindful eating.
The intention of this retreat is to cultivate and deepen the present moment and to rediscover the pleasant aspects and beauty in our life. By living in the present moment we will find peace in mind and body and ground ourselves.

Two afternoons you are at your free disposal . You are invited to join some common excursions to discover the island …or just enjoy the pool and the peace.
