With Mindfulness we offer a life changing practice that supports to break the cycle of stress, anxiety and exhaustion and enable you to make choices, applying loving kindness towards yourself and find inner freedom. Inspired by Jon Kabat-Zinn we teach the Mindfulness (Mindfulness based stress reduction) course in English and German to support well-being and thus live a more content as well as healthy life.

We offer a flexible approach for beginners, those being curious and new to Mindfulness and those who have some experience with Mindfulness. In different settings you certainly can find something that suits your needs and interest. We can also deliver training on a one-to-one basis to suit individual requirements. All trainings can be offered online via zoom or in person.

My vision as a Mindfulness teacher is to enable everyone to have access to this life changing practice , it is so much more than just a stress reduction tool.
