Before the summer break , I am inviting you to take a moment together in order to nourish ourselves.
We will deepen our mindfulness practice as foundation of caring.
During this day, we will dive deep in the processes of mindfulness .Reviewing and learning different aspects and techniques who are supporting you on your path to wellbeing, healing and finally to happiness .
Partially we will relate to what we already learnt in the MBSR 8 week program and from there, extend and deepen our skills furthermore in order to embody the process of mindfulness.
The intention of this day is to practice together mindfulness together with like minded people and to cultivate awareness to gain clarity. We will take this moment becoming aware of the richness and gifts of life.
Maybe experiencing a shift and change in your physical and emotional well-being .
During this day retreat we will practice different meditations, exploring some mindful movement, mindful walking and enjoy getting enriched from like the supporting spirit of the group.
We intentionally connect with ourselves, as key practice to strengthen and to prepare us for potential moments of difficulty and emotional pain.
Strengthening intentionally ourselves, open the way to choice , inner freedom and brings us back home to the true self.

This is a day for mindfulness practioners, in case you are new to mindfulness , please advise when registering !
Fee: 99€ for the day.
Please bring something for break to share with the group , we will arrange a small lunch buffet and practice mindful eating.
