This workshop invites us to review our eating habits and make positive changes that will have a greater, lasting impact than a short-term diet.
The main focus of this 4-part "Mindful Eating" workshop series is to create profound awareness of the way we eat. From awareness comes choice, helping us become conscious of making choices that will make us feel better in not just our bodies but in our lives as well.
A side note, weight loss is not the intentional aim of these classes however it is a likely by-product.
We will look at our current behaviour around nutrition and learn to develop a more intentional and attentive attitude by training ourselves to discover our unconscious eating patterns.
These workshops will also focus on becoming aware of how we plan and prepare our meals, what and when we're eating and finally, spend some time reflecting on our deeper, underlying feelings and thoughts around eating.

To further deepen our insights, there will be some guided meditations, interactive exercises, and supportive group discussions.
At the end of the final workshop, the intention is to close with a practice of mindful eating by cooking a delicious, wholesome meal all together, if the circumstances allow it.
Going forward post-workshops, we would like to maintain the beautiful connection formed by continuing to support and encourage each other to integrate these new positive habits in our lives forever!
