This four-session workshop has been designed for beginners and as a refresher for more experienced meditators.
During four consecutive Fridays (10:00 – 11:30 on 18 and 25 November, 2 and 9 December), you will have the opportunity to focus on ‘mindfulness of the body’, the first foundation of Mindfulness.
What you will learn:
Session 1: Foundations of Mindfulness Meditation — the body, the senses and the breath
Session 2: Learning the Language of the Body — Body Scan, a lying down meditation
Session 3: Exploring the Body in Nature — Mindful Walking, an outdoor activity
Session 4: Befriending the Body in Movement — Mindful Movement
