Imagine you would feel confident that you could handle all the everyday life challenges, feel less stressed, be less anxious and don’t feel anymore determined by this overwhelming feelings ! Imagine you would feel calmer, more present and able to enjoy the good things in life. Even if you might still sometimes experience stress and other challenging emotions, wouldn’t this just be wonderful? Practicing mindfulness can bring you such a shift towards greater wellbeing .
A mindfulness path is not a “quick fix”, nor is it always pleasant and certainly not a miracle cure but it is certainly worth to rediscover what is already inside of you. In this 8 weeks MBSR training program, you will learn through different practices to strengthen your mental skills , your mindful attitudes and develop new habits and beliefs which will support you when need in challenging situations and moments. You will learn more about your own thinking pattern , your attachments and emotional regulation systems and how they unwillingly contribute to your own stress and unhappiness. You will experience that by meditating and practicing on a regular base you can rewire your brain and choose more deliberate your respond in difficult situations.

This eight week course includes training, a participant manual and audio files.
Requirements: Participants are asked to fill out a brief questionnaire and attend a free personal information event before joining the course.
