Discover your natural power !
Mindfulness is a medically proven approach derived from the mediation and yoga.
In this 1 hrs I will introduce you to the wisdom of your body and mind and let you practically experience that Mindfulness can make a difference in your life.
We will be looking at the science behind Mindfulness, experience various meditation practices, and then have time for your questions.
It is a great way to start experiencing Mindfulness !

Bringing Awareness into your pattern of stress and learn how to develop more healthy responses.
3. You are not your thoughts !
Experience Mindful Meditation and explore your thinking pattern.

Learn to communicate mindful as it is key for all your relationships .

First session : INCREASE YOUR INNER STRENGTH
Here we give the opportunity of waking up with all the senses to experience the present moment. Feel the difference of acting on automatic pilot versus living in the here and now Come and join in this journey of Awareness and Awakening. Learn more about the life changing and proven method for self healing, improved health and wellbeing developed by the doctor and scientist Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Practicing Mindfulness may help you:
to become more aware of body sensations, thoughts and emotions
to reduce rumination and distracting thoughts and to establish greater body and mind balance
to proactively stimulate well-being
to find inner peace to finally regain freedom and happiness in your life
Second session : INCREASE YOUR OUTER STRENGTH
At some point, most people ask themselves the question, “Would I be able to fight back if I were attacked?” Here’s the good news: Learning just a few simple self-defence moves can give you the skills and confidence you need to answer that question with a resounding “yes.” In this session, you will learn techniques that you can use to defend yourself and more importantly, you will learn how to project an attitude of confidence that might help toward a potential attacker. Even having a few tools in your toolbox can make all the difference.
