Gentle Movement is an very soft practice to balance mind and body by moving our body in a kind and nourishing way. This class helps to calm the mind and brings you in the present moment. A guided practice calming mind and body and to find inner tranquility.
Please dress with comfortable clothes and prepare a yoga mat and a blanket.
