Online Drop in Session Meditation " Body scan"

In this meditation practice, called a journey through the body, we reconnect with the body and physical sensations as they show up as experimental felt experiences or emotional responses. This is a great way to gain awareness of how we are is this moment , befriending with the body as we gather our scattered mind into the senses. Please dress comfortable clothes and prepare a yoga mat and blanket. This is a lying meditation practice.
