Mindful walking is a wonderful possibility to take a pause, step out of our busy lives and reconnect with our senses. Taking a moment in silence to nourish ourselves by diving into the nature with all its beauty, power and gifts. Becoming aware of how we feel in our body, mind and emotions, turning inside and becoming still. And maybe…. being able of letting go, feeling grounded and being resourced to venture out again to and face life recharged and with more tranquility and ease.
We will exchange our experience , to enrich this unique moment of reconnection with ourself.
Please wear comfortable clothing and solid shoes ! We will walk with all weather and learn to dance in the rain !. As we are starting our session at 5 pm sharp, I invite you to be there 10 min earlier.
