Retreat day: Deepening our mindfulness practice with gratitude and loving kindness

After the summer break , I am inviting you to take a moment together in order to nourish ourselves.

 We will deepen our mindfulness practice as foundation of caring. 
During this day, we will dive a bit deeper in the processes of mindfulness learning different aspects and techniques who can support our wellbeing and healing.

Partially we will relate to what we already learnt in the MBSR 8 week program and from there we extend and deepen our skills. 
The intention of mindfulness is alway to practice loving kindness and cultivate awareness to gain clarity.We will take this moment becoming aware of the richness and gifts of life.

 Maybe experiencing a shift and change in our physical and emotional well-being .

During this day retreat we will practice different meditations, exploring some mindful movement,  mindful walking and enjoy getting enriched from like minded people.

We intentionally connect with the mindful attitude of gratitude and loving kindness, a key practice to strengthen and to prepare us for potential moments of difficulty and emotional pain. 

Strengthening intentionally the attitudes of gratitude and loving kindness open us the way to clarity , inner freedom and brings us back home !

11:00 Reflection Exercise
11.30  Mindful walking meditation using the senses
12:30  Lunchbreak in silence

13:30 Mindful movement meditation
14.00  Sitting meditation, reflection and inquiry
14:45  Exercise in groups

15:15  Break
15.:30 Sitting meditation
16:00  Summary and closing session
16.30  Departures

This is a day for mindfulness practioner, in case you are new to mindfulness , please advise when registering !

Fee: 99€ for the day.

Please bring something for the breaks to share with the group , we will arrange a small lunch buffet and practice mindful eating.

Miscellaneous : wear comfortable clothing , bring your own yoga mat and a warm blanket.
