Guided mindful meditation walk

Mindful walking is a wonderful possibility to take a pause, to step out of our busy lives and reconnect with our senses.
Taking a moment to nourish ourselves by diving into the nature with all its beauty, power and gifts.
Becoming aware of how we feel in our body, mind and emotions, turning inside and becoming still.
And maybe... being able of letting go, feeling grounded and being resourced to venture out again.
Mindful walking is a meditation practice in movement, were we aim to discover our body in action. The "walking" is the way to access our body, our thoughts and emotions.

We will meet at the Parking of the Arboretum , Jesus Eiklaan , 3080 Tervuren and discover the walking paths of the "Foret de Soignes".

Please wear comfortable clothing and solid shoes !
We will walk only with dry weather as it might not be prudent in case of rain.
As we are starting our session at 10:30 am sharp, I invite you to be there 10 min earlier. Please register for this event via: gfitterer@ googlemail.com !

The price for this session is 5€ and can be payed after the walk directly to me.
