Mindfulness and Yoga are connected closely.
In this retreat, we would like you to experience the power of this two interconnected disciplines.
In this retreat you may discover the miracles MBSR can bring and how it can support you in your daily life as if you decide to do it. We will cover the 8 week course from Jon Kabat -Zinn , by intentionally bringing our attention on our body, thoughts and emotions. There is no meditation experience required and the yoga sessions are gentle and mainly teaching you to befriend with your body , mind and emotions.
Schedule of the program:
Every morning we start at 8:00 with a Yoga class , suitable for beginners and also intermediate levels
After Breakfast, we will start with the first teachings.
The daily teachings are from 10-12:30 ; 16:00-18:00 on most days .
On 2 afternoons we offer some cultural events
After lunch , there will be time for personal meditations , mindful walks and journaling
Dinner will be served at 19:30 .
